We here at Dutch Country Sweets aren’t so big on automation. We know it’s all the rage right now and it probably makes sense for a lot of things but we don’t think cookies, chocolates, and pastries are one of those things. We prefer to make things by hand. We really care about what we make and it shows (and tastes). We make our own chocolate, use locally home-roasted coffee beans, and use real fruit. It just tastes better. We think you’ll agree.
